We all need to be alert to

Prevent Fires

Useful advice:

• Get a burn permit from Alabama Forestry then notify your fire department before burning
• NEVER leave a fire unattended, even if you think it is out
• Never leave your home with a clothes dryer running
• Never leave your home with the dishwasher running (the dry cycle can cause fires)
• Have enough smoke detectors and make sure the batteries are fresh

Remember ONLY YOU can prevent fires!
